1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the trendwest.co website and client portal, operated by Trendwest, Cape Town, South Africa. By using the site you accept these terms. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written service agreement, which prevails over these terms where they differ.

2. Website content

• Content on this site is for general information and marketing purposes; it isn't professional advice for your specific circumstances.
• Pricing shown is indicative, excludes VAT unless stated, and may change. A quote or proposal we issue to you is the definitive price.
• Performance figures shown reflect results for specific clients and don't guarantee similar outcomes for your business.

3. Client portal

• Portal access is provided to clients under their service agreement. Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may only access content belonging to your own brand. Attempting to access other clients' data is a material breach.
• We may suspend portal access for maintenance, security, or non-payment.

4. Intellectual property

The design, text and branding of this website belong to Trendwest. Client work product is owned as set out in the applicable service agreement (in general: transferred to the client on full payment).

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this website, the portal, or related systems, or use them for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies), the website and portal are provided "as is", and Trendwest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. General

These terms are governed by South African law, with disputes subject to the courts of Cape Town. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
